old mx gloves that wont die
I've had all these gloves since they were new.. they all must be pushing 30. I can't believe how well they've survived. There's a little hole in the JT's but I think they got used the most. My favorite were the HRP's ..Hannah Racing Products .. lightning bolt gloves. The stuff I buy now doesn't even last a few months before it's falling apart.

let there be light
A light is needed to ride in the evenings now as it's dark by 430...it does my head in and something I never get used to. I found this old miner light at a swap meet that fits the bike pretty well I think. The battery pack goes in a modified seat bag under the seat.

I-5
Portland has Burnside and Seattle has the I-5 Mtb park.. built under the freeway it's an urban bike park that you can ride when it's raining. Which is a big plus for here. It's all user built and maintained.The place gets bigger every time I go by there. The first nice day in a while but there was no one riding while I was taking photos. I must be getting old because some of the stunts they have built up make me nervous just looking at them.
