I woulda been about 7 when that photo was taken I believe so no it's not me ..haha.. I got it off the bmxa online forum a while ago. One of Johnny Johnson's photos maybe. It's one of the So Cal downhills .. which one I'm not sure,but I love these shots.
I raced some downhill tracks back in the day. The Magic Mountain IBMXF race had a big downhill drop into a 180 1st turn berm that was about 15 feet high. That starting hill was kind of hairy .. it was steep and you'd get spun out flying down it and be going real fast when you hit that big berm it was like railing around a pool bowl at 40 miles an hour.
