I'd never seen a Bates seat this new looking before. I thought it was a fake but it was supposedly NOS. It was selling for 600 bucks. I'd sit on nails before I'd pay 600 for a seat. I had to take a photo of it just the same.

wonder if this guy know's how much a Bates seat goes for on ebay.. I bet he'd swap that for a banana seat if he could get a 1000 for his Bates.. hell he'd probably sit on just the seatpost for a 1000!

Extended Indian Girder, twin Hellas.. David Lee Roth not included.

I think I've seen this photo before maybe on Nostalgia on Wheels but I scanned it out of the issue anyway..
